The Service
Mafia Growth provides digital marketing services, AI-assisted content and creative, performance media buying, growth automation, and data/strategy consulting, scoped and agreed per engagement. This website describes those services and lets you request an audit or book a call; it does not by itself create a client engagement.
Goal-Backed Fee
For audit-qualified managed-growth cycles, the client selects Start ($800), Scale ($1,500), or Lead ($2,500), subject to the audit and signed engagement. No agency fee is charged upfront. The selected fixed fee becomes due only if the cycle clears both its customized written target and at least 6× that fee in verified collected revenue. If either gate is missed, the agency invoice is $0. Media, software, tracking numbers, creators, production, stock licensing, taxes, and third-party development remain client-funded. Revenue is not profit: the audit sets the relevant margin, CAC, or acquisition-cost guardrail. The signed engagement agreement controls the final scope, conditions, and terms.
No Guarantee of Results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any agency's control. Figures shown on this site that are labeled as modeled, illustrative, or target scenarios are exactly that, models, not verified client results and not promises. Any projections we discuss with you are estimates made in good faith, never guarantees.
Your Accounts & Your Data
Clients own their ad accounts, audiences, data, and the content we produce for them. If an engagement ends, access and assets remain in the client's name.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to breach its security, scrape it at abusive volume, or submit forms with false or unlawful content.
Intellectual Property
The Mafia Growth name, branding, and site content are ours and may not be reused commercially without permission. Client deliverables are governed by the individual engagement agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, unless an individual engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
